West Jakarta Government is committed to realize Srengseng Urban Forest area to be one of the leading tourism destinations.

We want it to be a place for recreation, sport, and biodiversity education

West Jakarta Assistant in Economy and Development, Fredy Setiawan said his side will hold focus group discussion (FGD) with related SKPDs to obtain some feedbacks about arrangement in Srengseng Urban Forest tourism area.

"In FGD, each related UKPDs will create arrangement program for Srengseng Urban Forest to be one of the leading tourism destinations. We want it to be a place for recreation, sport, and biodiversity education," he conveyed, Tuesday (1/2).

He added, road access repair, transportation modes, additional plants are needed to arrange Srengseng Urban Forest.

He is optimistic Srengseng Urban Forest to be one of leading tourism destinations in West Jakarta that can attract local and foreign tourists.  

"We want it to be a mini wildlife park in West Jakarta," he stated.
